Can I order sample Coffee Pouches?
Absolutely! If you’re interested in any of our products, feel free to request a free plain sample. For customized samples with artwork, we do have a minimum sample fee of USD 150 per design.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We understand that businesses of all sizes need packaging solutions. To cater to your needs, we offer packaging solutions at different MOQs. Our standard MOQ is 10,000 pieces, which includes full customization using rotogravure printing. However, we also have lower MOQ options available.
For plain stock bags with no print (MOQ 500), or bags with a single-color logo (MOQ 1,000), we have a low MOQ of 500 pieces.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We strive to deliver our products as quickly as possible. For our lower MOQ options, the delivery time is between 10 and 15 days, depending on the shipping method you choose (DHL, FedEx, etc.).
For higher quantities, the delivery time is approximately 15 days. Rest assured, your team representative will be in touch throughout the entire process to keep you informed and ensure a smooth order fulfillment.
What happens if I need to update my design?
We’re here to help! We can provide support in planning your rebrand and changing your packaging design. The speed and process of changing your design will depend on the printing technique you select.
For faster and high-quality results, we highly recommend digital printing.
